Castello d'Oro Prosecco Extra Dry

With a straw yellow colour and greenish hues, a very delicate and fruity hint of apple. This Prosecco is excellent as an aperitif, ideal and easy accompaniment to light Mediterranean style dishes. Excellent cocktail wine!!  Add Peach schnapps to make a “belini”

The Classic Bellini
1/3 glass fruit puree or juice
2/3 chilled Prosecco

Pour juice into a glass flute.
Tilt the glass and fill it with your sprakling wine and give it a gentle stir.
