Byrne Northland Pinot Gris 2017

Picked in late February in perfect condition, whole bunch pressed and fermented cool for fruitiness. Ripe tropical fruit and pip fruit flavours and aromas, the palate shows a sliver of sweetness (10g/L RS) that is balanced by the crisp finish. Pairs beautifully with Asian style dishes, or try a pear and blue cheese salad.
