Byrne Northland Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Grown at the Puketotara vineyard. Picked in early march, whole bunch pressed, and fermented cool to retain fruit characters. 5% fermented on skins for texture. Pale straw in colour, delicate nose with lime, sweet pea, and green apple characters. The palate is fresh with bright citrus and pip fruit characters, and a long clean finish. A perfect match for seafood dishes, especially those with tomato or herb flavours
