La Vieille Ferme Cotes du Ventoux 2008

A blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre, 15% Cinsault this wine is kept in stainless steel, never wood. It is a lovely red/rose colour with a floral nose of aniseed and brown sugar. To complete the picture, the palate is very rich, with some delicious caramel, toffee characters. Outstanding value.
