James Millton has crafted this blend with his learned knowledge of the Gisborne region. This eclectic marriage of varieties have been proven to grow well in the Gisborne region. With a backbone of Malbec, wild tang of Syrah for spice and the soft fruity notes of Viognier. This is serious red looking for a serious meal; venison or roast beef. Cosmo Red a mystical, juicy, velvety textured red wine.

Grown without the use of herbicide, insecticide, systemic fungicide or soluble fertilizer. This wine has been bottled without filtration and with minimal sulphur dioxide, thus a harmless deposit may form. Keep another bottle handy.
