Block Eight is our vineyard site on a stony clay spur of Mt. Donald, Waipara. Fruit was hand picked, whole-bunch pressed and run to old-oak barrels to ferment and then age on lees.
Ripe Sauvignon Blanc characters on the nose, a rounded palate, good mouth feel, excellent length.
