Golden Hills Estates Nelson Sauvignon Blanc 2009
The 2009 Sauvignon Blanc is a lively, dry wine with grapefruit, green apple, herb and flint characters on the nose. Whole-bunch pressed fruit was fermented in older oak barrels for 25% of the blend, and the entire blend had the lees stirred, adding extra palate weight and complexity.
