Colour is light yellow. Bouquet has fruit, lime and cream. Palate is rich, textural and refreshing. A selected blend of 39% Pinot Noir and 61% Chardonnay from the Bendigo and Gibbston sub-regions of Central Otago. Bottle fermented and aged for a minimum of 24 months on lees. Riddled and disgorged by hand. Our Methode Traditionelle is the result of a fruitful partnership between Marc Chauvet Champagne and Quartz Reef.
