A blend of two excellent grape varieties. Cabernet Sauvignon provides the palate weight & the fresh berry flavours. The Merlot whilst adding complexity, softens the palate superbly.

Serving suggestion / Minced veal, mushrooms and ricotta cannelloni, rabbit stew with fresh herbs and black olives, vegetable lasagna.
