Winemakers notes:   Grapes harvested from the Waipara Valley have been crafted with minimal intervention to allow the vibrant regional characteristics to shine through. Perfectly accentuated by a lovely mouth-watering acidity lends this wine a refreshing crispness. A subtle and elegant wine with wide appeal, pure fruit and freshness showing flavours of passionfruit, citrus and a hint of thyme.
